I am delighted to say, that I ship my work worldwide. All countries included!


Payments
I accept all major debit and credit cards plus PayPal.


Shipping Fees
I do my best to get your parcel to you at the lowest cost, but also as the artist/maker, its important that I ship my precious work in a secure way. This is why all parcels are sent with a Royal Mail tracking number. I ship using a flat rate fee, not a price per product fee. This lets me control and keep shipping, costs down when you place large orders, consisting of lot of small light weight items.

You can therefore order lots of light weight products and the flat rate shipping fee will stay the same per parcel/packet.

Please note, note if you order several heavier items together, the overall shipping fee will increse slightly , to cover my shipping costs. But in most situations the flat rate fees (see below) will apply.

Estimated Shipping Times
I usually ship orders within 2–3 working days of receiving them. If I am away from my studio, running a workshop, it may be a little longer.If you have any concerns or questions about your order, or need it sent very quickly, please send me an email or give me a call (contact details below)

UK orders should take no longer than 1–2 working days to arrive.
International orders usually take 8–15 working days to arrive.

When your order has been shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation
email from me, which will include a unique Royal Mail tracking number.


UK Shipping:

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s Signed For 1st class service.

You will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped.

This tracking number will be included in your shipping notification email.


International Shipping:

All orders outside the UK/International are shipped using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service.

You will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped.

This tracking number will be included in your shipping notification email.


Misspelt Names & Addresses

Sometimes YOU are in a hurry and accidentally type in an incorrect shipping address. I will always do my best to double-check and correct such mistakes! But if they get through my shipping system, packages can then go missing! In such situations, I do not take any responsibility.

Once an order is shipped, I do not issue refunds for orders that go astray due to errors in the given shipping addresses/post codes. So please, please always double-check your shipping information when ordering. However, if you realise that you have made a mistake when placing an order, please email me as soon as possible (contact details below) and I will do my best to correct any mistakes before shipping takes place.


Unclaimed Packages UK

If you are unable to sign for your order at the time of delivery to your address, please note that your local Post/Sorting Offices (UK) will only hold your parcel for 14 days before returning the item to me, the sender.

If this happens, I reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping fees.


Unclaimed Packages all Other Countries:

If you are unable to sign for your order at the time of delivery to your address, please contact your local Post/Sorting Offices. If an unclaimed parcel arrives back to me, in an OK state I reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping fees.


International Custom Fees

I, Jessie Chorley, AM NOT responsible for any customs charges or any import taxes.

Any charges incurred are the responsibility of you the customer. If you do not pay the fees, and the parcel goes missing and is not returned to me, I do not offer any refunds or compensation. If the parcel is safely returned to me. I refund the contents minus the shipping fees, plus a £5 handling/admin charge.

Packaging & Wrapping

My shipping rates include a very small % towards my beautiful hand-crafted signature packaging. I am passionate about your orders arriving in a beautifully handcrafted and hand wrapped style. All items are lovingly prepared, wrapped and shipped by me Jessie Chorley in person.


Refunds
I do not issue refunds for any items purchased online.
